Product delivery

Shipping Policy

Cancellations and returns policy
Cancellation up to 3 business days from the day of the order, a full credit will be given for the full amount of the purchase, cancellation after this time will be given a partial credit for clearing the production cost of the jewelry.
Transaction cancellation/product exchange/transaction credit will only be given if the product is in stock and is not manufactured individually for the customer, also the cancellation can be made from the date of making the transaction up to fourteen days (14) from the day of receipt of the product,
If the product has been individually manufactured for the customer and is not in stock, no credit will be given at the time of the cancellation request.
The website management will be entitled to deduct a cancellation fee at a rate not exceeding 5% of the product price.
In addition to this, the website management may deduct from the transaction a clearing fee and the shipping fee in accordance with the law.
The right to cancel a transaction/exchange a product/credit the transaction will not apply to products that the customer has opened their original packaging, products that have been used of any kind, products that have been disassembled and assembled, except after the website management has given its consent in advance.
Cancellation of the transaction/exchange of a product/credit of the transaction is conditional on the return of the original invoice, no transaction cancellation will be made without the return of the original invoice. The management of the website will be entitled to cancel a transaction or sale in whole or in part in cases where a mistake has been made in the price of the product or in the description of the product, if it is discovered that there was a malfunction in communication and/or a technical problem that prevented the surfers from using the website properly, in case of force majeure – an act of war, terrorism and/or or anything else that will prevent the continuation of the normal sale, the product is out of stock after a sale has been made (there is a possibility of offering an equivalent replacement product).

Warranty and service

The company is not responsible for delays that arise from the shipping company itself or from factors such as strikes, natural disasters, malfunctions in the computer system, etc.
The warranty does not include loss of jewelry at all.
The company will do everything in its power so that the product that reaches the customer will be of high quality as described, if for any reason the customer is not satisfied, he is welcome to call the customer service on the website.
The website management will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or incorrect use of the product, including any accidental, special, indirect or consequential damage – as far as the law allows. The customer bears the responsibility and all risks and liabilities for loss, damage and damage to his body and/or his property and/or the property and/or the bodies of third parties, arising from the use and/or non-use of the product, except in cases where it is determined that said damage was caused due to the sole negligence of The site team.
